Visit - Sensory Tasting
A visit to the property, the vineyard and the cellar, punctuated by educational and sensory stages, followed by a tasting of Saint-Emilion Grands Crus wines accompanied by chocolates from the artisan Denis Daubos.

The sensory visit includes:
- A visit of the vineyard with a presentation of the different terroirs with the help of samples. You will be able to benefit from explanations on the growth of the vine and the stages of the work of the vine on the HVE3 vineyard (High Environmental Value, level 3, the highest). Participation in a workshop to recognize the characteristic aromas of the grape varieties.
- A visit of the cellar with a presentation of the wine making techniques and the maturation in barrels. You will be able to participate in a sensory workshop on the feel of tannins in the mouth and a workshop on the aromas of wood with samples of different barrel toastings.
- A commented tasting of two Saint-Emilion Grand Cru from Château Pas de l’Ane accompanied by chocolates from the artisan Denis Daubos.
The sensory visit takes place at Château Pas de l’Âne It can be done from 10am to 7pm, from Monday to Sunday, including holidays, depending on availability. The price of the visit is 10€ per person from 1 to 3 persons and 8€ per person from 4 persons. The visit is free for children under 10 years old and 5€ for children from 10 to 17 years old.
